CRJ is a non-profit organization working in the pursue of human rights and justice all over the world. CRJ is a mediation organization that specializes on conflict resolution of social issues. CRJ defends the rights of individuals whatever causes they are involved with. CRJ uses media to accomplish its goals and objectives..
CRJ and Media are an innovative, grassroots artists program we have created to help and values new and established artist’s creative insights and capacities to transform their reality into making a living with their art. CRJ and the artists will be participants for change. CRJ connect the dots between year-old issues of prejudlity against artists.

He specializes in dealing with conflict resolution issues He has a career as educator as well as an advocacy instructor training professionals in "conflict resolution" .
A distinction is made between private-sector and international conflicts, which are conflicts between individuals and businesses. Private conflicts are similar in nature all over the world except that they are complicated by distance. The basic human rights of people should be our focus constantly, CRJ mission is to advocate for the least of all individuals.
